Dennis your night is the 3rd?
Either teamviewer wasn't running or the computer wasn't connected to the internet?
This is what I see with all my computers, ON Blue - OFF Black, hard drive or anti-virus problem they have a red tag, low drive space a yellow tag. I open each day at 9pm and leave them open until 6am. I won't start new computers after 10:15 unless someone has already made an arrangement with me.
I can do your's again tomorrow night the 6th?
When people miss their night then I have that night open and the night I'm working on computers.
So on the 6th I will have the 3rd open for you and the 6th open.
Unless there is a problem with the wireless or teamviewer no running I never miss a computer. :)
