  • The server is not super slow it's your internet or laptop. I can open anything in less then one 100th of a second. 65,000 megabytes per second memory and 1,400+ megabytes per second SSD hard drives in RAID 10 are not slow.

Average computers run 8,000 to 20,000 megabytes on memory, 30 to 150 megabytes on hard drives that is SLOW. The server goes as slow as what is connected to it. The only computer you have that's close to the server speed is the new laptop. 55,000 megs per second memory, 450 megs per second hard drives.

  • Lola you think you get frustrated? I deal with people all day long telling me the samething over and over and over.
It's always the computer or servers fault NEVER THE COMPANY THEY ARE PAYING! Most are slow HP, Dells, Lenovos that I had nothing to do with. But still it NOT EVER THEM.

Do you know what the most amazing almost like magic thing is?
My computers (3 of them) NEVER HAVE A SINGLE DAM PROBLEM? THAT I DON'T CAUSE MYSELF!! Why? I don't use software that has ANY GLITCHES if it malfuntions ONCE I un-install and get something better!

So I spend hours & hours & hours fixing crap software that has nothing to do with servers or computers working. I'm going to start finding the problems then make someone pay the $175 per hour for the time it took me to find the problem in THEIR SOFTWARE before I fix it!!!

OK for the 500th time on EVERY NEW USER WE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH AXEIUM.
SO HERE ARE PICTURES TO LOOK AT FOR CHRISTINE JUST LIKE ALL THE NEW USERS. THEY HAVE FULL READ & WRITE ACCESS TO EVERYTHING AXEIUM.

    Axemium permission #1
Please notice her name - the folders - the files 100% READ & WRITE ACCESS TO ALL AXEIUM FOLDERS AND FILES OVER THE NETWORK.

    Axemium permission #2
Please notice her name - the folders - the files 100% READ & WRITE ACCESS TO ALL AXEIUM FOLDERS AND FILES ON THE DRIVE.

Do you know what YOU CAN NOT DO ON A drive, folder, network folder you do not have access to?
YOU CAN NOT OPEN ANYTHING! If she didn\t have access IT WOULD NOT OPEN.

Remember the crappy Quickbooks problem? Book keeper got paid for NOT FIXING IT.
QUICKBOOKS GOT PAID FOR NOT FIXING IT!
I spend the 28 hours working on their JUNK software, found the problem and fixed Quickbooks and how much did I get paid? Yeah ZERO
So maybe I need to start not fixing things so I can charge people HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY for not a dam thing!

OK As you can see she has, has ALWAYS HAD 100% access since the night I setup her profile. I'm not fixing Axeium permission problems.

    Add Emails for new people.

    Lola Oct 10,
I have been writing you through the private msgs. but I see that everything is gone now...
Can you please call me ref. I need a report with the clocking inn in comp #13 laptop for Christina.
also, can you create an email for student 1 (Ithzel) and another one for Student 2 (Suzette)?
    Thank you, Lola

    beast-usa Oct 10,
I haven't seen any private messages from you? And I saw you on Happy so I kept checking.
I will call you in morning about computer #13 busy day & night tonight.
I can create emails but they don't have logins?
Student 1 & Student 2 are restricted training accounts? (ONLY FOR TEMP USE WHILE TRAINING)

    Lola Private Message Oct 11,
I just wrote you 2 new msgs through this private message
    1) I need a report with the daily logins for Christina Miranda PAC I believe that she uses laptop #13, not sure maybe #12?
    2) If what you are saying is that students can not have emails, is there any other way to go? or if no other choice, I will have to create an account through outlook, hot mail, yahoo...
    Please advise,
    Thank you,

    beast-usa Oct 11,
OK perfect this works all the time.
The computers don't keep daily login logs. I can check but normally it's cleared on the next login.
    The emails:
I can create emails but where will they download them to read them? (They download and are read under each user account)
All the emails you have download to the server. There is webmail but it costs $50 to $150 per year depending on how much online storage you need.

So I can create the emails but unless they have user accounts (ON THE SERVER ONLY) or you buy online email storage won't be able to use them.
Yahoo, gmail, outlook online are not HIPPA or secure. They are free because they collect all the email in & out and sell the data. That's why they are not HIPPA.

    beast-usa again on Oct 12,
    I don't see a reply Lola?
413 customers on over 600 different computers and operating systems use these messages. Over 100 per day but they don't work for you, you must be missing something?
The things I miss during the day trying to keep up with "my printer won't print", "my mouse just stopped working"........
    1. I write the message, pick up the phone, forget to hit "SEND REPLY".
    2. Someone stops by without calling I go to the door, explain I can't fix it right now, leave it here and PLEASE CALL NEXT TIME, I close the browser with out hitting SEND REPLY.
    3. I switch to TeamViewer to fix yet another printer problem, I have three of four messages half finished, close the browser and never hit SEND REPLY.
Those are the top three that I do all the time. My phone drive me insane 7 days a week 20 hours a day. Yesterday was Sunday and I had 24 calls before 10 AM.

    Lola comments Oct 14,
Ok, is there any emails from other users that they are no longer working at Sano and that can be used?
example, Assal, James, Bianca, Karen, Sara, Milton, Gary, none of these emails re being used..

    beast-usa Oct 14,
THE EMAIL IS NOT THE PROBLEM you can have 1,000 email addresses with your sanomedicalcenter.com.
THOSE USERS DO NOT HAVE SERVER LOGINS. When people no longer work for you
(if someone tells me I remove them and store them per HIPPA on the server).

NO SERVER LOGIN = NO PLACE TO DOWNLOAD THE EMAIL.

"The laptop does not show the mapping"
There are no mapped network drives on the Student 1 or 2 accounts.

I'm not sure what "edocs" is?
    Are they an Axeium folders?
If so I will check permissions for Student 2 on the Axeium folders tonight when I do the server back-ups.

I talked to Genesis, it's not a user account problem the problem is on two of the computers. She is busy right now so I'm calling back at 1:00pm. Then she can show me the problem, it's something in accessing and Axeium folder/database.
Then I will try to fix it tonight. If I can't I will contact Axeium.

  • The problem was where the Axeium software was looking for the folders.
I looked under the settings for a way to change it, but I couldn't find anything. So I took a screen shot of the problem and asked Genesis to email it to the Axeium guys.
It's probably and easy fix. I just didn't want to go changing settings in their software.
