Well I updated to Windows 10 Pro x64 again. Because people tell me my benchmarks aren't fair I'm not running 10 on SSD's, overclocked..blah blah LOL :)

So upgraded to Windows 10 Pro x64 on the exact same hardware I run Windows 8 Pro.
Here are the things I found.

1.) The graphics are HORRIBLE! No matter which res I chose the text on all three screens was terrible compared to Window 8 Pro.

2.) Memory speeds much slower 200 to 1,000 MB/s slower, higher lat's. (no wonder people gaming on Win 10 are easy pickens!)

3.) Hard drive speeds on SSD's in Raid 0 and 600 to 1,100 MB/s SLOWER!

NEVER SIGN-INTO Microsoft (for your login). ONLY USE A LOCAL ACCOUNT! That nips much of the data mining
spyware in the butt! So is Windows 10 faster? Not even a little bit everything I tested was either just a little
slower or much slower! Enough that any regular user should notice the drops in speed! I think people get duped
into thinking it's faster because they install it on computers that are already running slow. So they take a
non-tuned system install Windows 10 it's much slower but not as slow as the non-tuned system was running. So
a simple tune-up from a good computer guy. Would make their old OS (windows 7 or 8 ) run like a race horse!

Then the phone home to MSN.NET of course I installed it OFFLINE so I could disable all the spyware before it could
ever work! Cortana, take ownership of the folder and all things inside, rename the folder, all .DLL files
"Cortanaapp.dll to Cortanaapp.dll.NOSPYING". Once that's done go to services DISABLE windows update. So it's doesn't
update your video drivers to last years drivers! My first try of Windows 10 last year it did just that updated my
GOOD drivers to drivers older then my video card!

Then security settings, turn off all the apps (just like you did on the install because it turns them on again!)
Because Windows 10 will turn most of them back on. The newest version of "PRO" doesn't turn all of them back on just
some so check and disable. And if you are going to use Windows Update SET ADVANCED settings to NOT have access
to all the computers on your network!

Then make sure you install a GOOD firewall and set it to ask you before ANYTHING can communicate in or out of your
computer via background services set it to ASK YOUR PERMISSION each time! Then connect to the internet and get ready
for a crazy BLOCK fest! I use netlimiter & AVG Pro firewall and they were on FIRE! LOL I hit block so many times
my fingers were bleeding! (OK not bleeding but numb) Most of the IP addresses they were trying to contact were blocked
on "Whois.com" but you can trace them. :) MSN.net, MSN.net over and over and over again! Then Skype over and over
again! After about 20 minutes of blocking I was good to go!

One improvement they did make which I was happy with is that OneDrive was working on a LOCAL ACCOUNT!
But I'm sorry to say that's about it. :( The same folders over and over again EVERYWHERE I click so annoying!
Yes I can change that in the registry. But with the horrible fonts they use and the text looking so bad and speed being SO SLOW
why waste the time? Those fonts must be for phones or something not sure but if you spend all day at a computer screen as I do
you will not be happy!

So here are a few benchmarks I did. :)
First hard drives as you can see Windows 10 as always much slower.



Since hard drive & memory speed are what make your computer SLOW or fast I only did them.
Don't get me started on what a RESOURCE hog Windows 10 is!
Windows 8 Pro at stock everything, slow CPU, slow memory settings.


Windows 10 Pro 1,000MHZ higher clock rate, much faster memory timing!
Just like all the benchmark tests I did Windows 10 Pro it's running
slower then Window 8 at stock speeds!


Windows 8 Pro at the same speed & cas settings.
It's a little embarrassing isn't it? :D
Faster at everything, lower Latency and what do gamer's
need? FASTER & LOWER LATENCY!


So as all my reviews ONE PAGE!!! And to the point!
There is NO reason to downgrade to Windows 10 unless you just like having a SLOWER computer?

For me it's all about the speed!
Thousands of MEGABYTES per SECOND slower on hard drive & memory speed is enough to not use Windows 10.
