There has to be more then youtube and all it's ads!
    Good news! There is!

I signed up and tested all of these sites, using the same 1080p 117 meg video.

All the sites pretty much have these warnings:
Copyright notice: Do not upload any material for which you don't hold the rights (including rights to the background music) or have permissions from the owner. (check the site permission is not good enough on some)
Warning: Do not upload PORNOGRAPHIC, EXCESSIVELY VIOLENT, ILLEGAL, ABUSIVE or HATEFUL videos.

    Youtube
https://www.youtube.com/ (aka googletube since google bought them)
1 gig max video size, ads on top, sides, bottom, some have forced 10 to 120 seconds of junk ads.
Pretty much anything goes, as far as what you can upload.
Like all sites: NO Breaking Copyright Laws.

Hey it is google :) I don't like them because I know every time a watch a video, upload, anything
on googletube I'm supporting obama since Google was one of the top 5 donators to his cause.

    Break
    https://www.break.com/
NO Breaking Copyright Laws, no music in your videos, unless you made it.
Not sure on max size, uploaded a 1080p 117meg test video NP.

Upload an original video. An original video is one you filmed yourself. If we feature your content on our homepage, we'll pay you $400 to sell it to us! If you prefer to license it to us, we will pay you $200.
If you upload more videos, and have a 2nd video make the homepage, we'll pay you $500 to sell it to us! If you prefer to license it to us, we will pay you $300. For a third video (and every one thereafter) these payments go up to $600 and $400.

Downside: you upload your video, then wait for an email telling you it's ready.
Auto next when your reading something, you need to hit pause

Test Video: took 25 hours to get the email saying it was ready!

For me, by far, the winner is:
    Dailymotion
    http://www.dailymotion.com/

If Vimeo was less restrictive, even paid membership is better than ads :)
I never watch TV because I really don't like BD commercials!

If anyone has a site they use and like,
please let the rest of know.
