Free Address Book

Wow these were harder then you would think to find one that was SAFE!

Out of 10 different ones I downloaded, only this one was VIRUS, SPYWARE, MALWARE FREE!
Now I see how so many people get these viruses trying to just find software to use :(

My Address Book 6.2.5: - Works in Windows 98, 2000, XP, 7 & 8
Is just a very small program, that does everything you need.
You can password protect it, Back-up or Restore Data. Calculator (Tools)

Click the above link, choose SAVE.
After it's downloaded. Go to your download folder (or where ever you saved it)

Right click on the file "my-address-book-all-windows-ver6.2.5.zip"
Select "Extract All"


Then you will see this box pop up, Left Click "Extract"


Now you will see a folder named "my-address-book-all-windows-ver6.2.5"
Double Left or Single Click (depending on your settings) on that folder.


The folder should open showing you these files.
Double or Single Click the "my-address-book-all-windows-ver6.2.5.exe" file.


Then it will open this box, just Left Click Next.


Then you will see this box. READ THE AGREEMENT lol I know no one will!
Check "I accept the agreement" - Left Click Next


On the next box just Left Click Next.
(unless you want or need to install it in a different location)
C:\Program Files (x86)\AddrBk_625 - Will be the default install location on 64 bit systems.
C:\Program Files\AddrBk_625 - Will be the default install location on 32 bit systems.


Next will the name of the folder created on your Start Menu - No start menu in Windows 8.
Unless you want to change the name, Left Click NEXT



If you are using Windows 8 I suggest checking "Create a desktop icon"
You can check Create a Quick Launch icon, in Win XP, Vista.
Windows 7 if you have tweaked it to put the quick launch back.

Left Click Next to continue.


You are ready to install, Left Click Install.


Left Click Finish


Start using the program, should do everything you need from a address book - contact manager.
