They are all kinds of free IM's (Instant Messengers). Some that
work just with that group, some that work with all groups. So you
use one IM and it has access and can chat with all of them at one time!

If you have 2 friends on Yahoo one on AOL, 3 ICQ, 2 MSN.
You only need one IM to chat with all of them :)

Some that do free Video chat, some just made for video chat.

My favorite, it lets you chat with anyone using Yahoo, ICQ, AIM, MSN, IRC...
All you need is a username & password on each service. Then ad them to your
Trillian and you're done!
