I'm not able to recreate the problem, Milton, Roger none of us can get the system to take that long. And the only way to fix something is to see what's broken. I have done well over 100 tests on #7, #12 & my system without ever seeing 30 seconds. The longest time I got was 23 seconds on the old internet. 10 seconds on the new internet and I ONLY got 10 seconds on WIRELESS and laptop running on batteries with 53% batteries left.

The spinning wheel continues and is absurd. Anytime I click on the pt, it appears, anytime I need to go back or search another pt, it appears. I work with 2 other EHR’s at 2 other offices and there is NEVER a delay like this. I am attaching videos of examples. They will be sent in separate emails so the files are not too large to email.
