Screen lock up, Browser freezing, Internet stops...

    First thing to do is RESTART THE COMPUTER if it's Windows.
    99.9999% of all Windows problems can be fixed by restarting Windows.

    If that is not the case I need these especially if you have more them one computer.

    1. What is freezing, locking up, not responding? (THE NAME OF THE SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE)

    2. Is it the local work station or on the server?

    3. If it's on the internet which browser is it? (YOU SHOULD NO BE USING INTERNET EXPLORER)

    4. If it's on the server is it happening under more then one users account? (PLEASE GIVE ME THE ACCOUNT USERS NAME/S)
