So when can we see BANS on drunk driving!!! Oh wait we already have those doesn't look like they work. :( And remember over half the drunk driving deaths are CHILDREN!
And how many more people need to die from TEXTING & DRIVING before we see a cell phone ban! Or will it be an ASSAULT CELL PHONE ban? You know any phone that looks scary!
