I was doing a harder one but I lost too much weight so now I'm eating a little longer every 4 day.I dropped from 197 to 170 now I'm back to 175 working out a little harder right now trying to get back to about 180-185.
I think I will be working out (not as hard as I used to lol) for the rest of my life. less
