So I do them like this1 X I normally can't even get those on, 2 X doing computers, normal stuff, 3 X for any outside or hard work so they never bind.
In my younger days my chest was 60/61 (under the arms around my back) I think now that I'm older not as tough anymore and gotten tiny I think it's about 52/53. Arms also have gotten tinyjust over 17. I still workout just not like when I was 50! LOL I can check those if I can find a tape! LOL less
So I do them like this
