If your TeamSpeak3 went BOOM (.dll missing errors re-install to fix) on the version 3.1.5 update.
Install one of these versions 3.0.19.4 64bit or 32bit.
And DO NOT UPDATE.

If you have problems with versions above 3.0.19.4 you will need to install MS Visual Studio C+++.
If you already have it installed? Find it in control panel and right click on it and select repair. (Every one of them)
 
Or just install both of these and the new TeamSpeak should work.
They will also fix the same error in Libre Office 5.4 and higher.
