Gary, I dont know what program or where, what plan I belong to or how many computers do I have? but I know I need you... Just give me the best price that you can feel confortable. In reference to the server, I do not plan to switch until Next year, probably by May or June of 2020. You know how much you hate Google, that is as much as I hate Milton, that is the main reason I want to switch programs.

@Dolores
I feel bad for Milton! I didn't think anyone could hate anything as much as I hate google! That was just the payment page for setting up new user accounts and new computers. There isn't a VIP monthly plan that matches your users. LOL I have setup over 100 user/computer accounts for you and manage over 110 user/computer accounts for you monthly. Server + server users + workstations + users on each work station.
Your monthly is paid yearly and is not due until November and I always give you a good deal.
I talked to the AT&T guy and I'm already looking for your stuff. You will kind of need what I did in Costa Mesa minus the "Wireless Extender" 5 to 6 port Gigabit Router & 24 port Gigabyte switch most likely all Netgear again. I'm Trying to find a good deal then I will send you a bill including the Anti-Virus renewal.

I think that part of the problem is the students. Lupe is asking you open a new user acct. everytime we get a student.
Can we have a user acct. that says student and use it for all students? Or better yet, can you give me the names of all the current users and I will tell you the ones that can be deleted.
Question, assuming this user doesnt train at Sano anymore, if we delete this user, would all the information documented in the users acct. disapear? In this case we can not delete the user.
But we could use the names of the past students for the current students. Its ok if we can not identify which student is which.

@Dolores
You all ready have a "Student Account" I set that up months ago.
Everyone that leaves or you terminate all their files must be backed up and saved according to the state. They are in the OneDrive folder called "Ex-Employee's" listed by thier name.
Where you run into all the user accounts are the workstations.
All the computers but CM-4 are off so I will guess
CM-1 6 user accounts
CM-2 6 user accounts
CM-3 2 user accounts
CM-4 6 user accounts
CM-5 3 user accounts
CM-6 7 user accounts
CM-7 2 user accounts
CM-8 8 user accounts
CM-9 3 user accounts
CM-10 4 user accounts
CM-11 4 user accounts
CM-13 6 user accounts
SA-1 4 user accounts
SA-2 2 user accounts
SA-3 4 user accounts
SA-4 4 user accounts
SA-5 5 user accounts
Server 21 user accounts
That guess = 94 user accounts and 17 computers = 111 computers & user accounts. Then plus your two personal laptops.
That's why I always ask Lupe to make sure you really need all those people on each computer. It's about 4 to 6 hours to set each one up, then maintenance each month.
