Your personal, business QUICKBOOKS IS DOES NOT RUN ON ONEDRIVE CLOUD! 
ONLY GNU CASH CAN RUN FROM A CLOUD DRIVE WELL FROM ANY DRIVE EVEN A USB PORTABLE DRIVE.
GNU CASH runs on every operating system without a glitch. QuickBooks lol barely runs on Windows and will never run off of a cloud service.
Some of us read all the requirements when installing it!

QuickBooks support just not geek enough?

QUICKBOOKS IS STORED ON YOUR LOCAL HARD DRIVE AND RUNS FROM YOUR LOCAL HARD DRIVE - IN THE ONE DRIVE FOLDER!

SO THE QUICKBOOKS FILE DOES NOT NEED TO BE MOVED BACK TO YOUR HARD DRIVE IT'S ALREADY ON YOUR HARD DRIVE!!!!!

QUICKBOOKS IS BACKED UP TO ONEDRIVE IT DOES NOT RUN OF THE CLOUD! Doesn't anyone check anything?

YOUR ONEDRIVE FILES ARE ON YOUR HARD DRIVE AND BACKED UP TO THE ONEDRIVE CLOUD IT IS NOT RUN FROM ONEDRIVE CLOUD!

OneDrive will not touch any file in use, it only BACKS UP in-active files! I do it all day long with encrypted files do they need a screen shot?
OneDrive ONLY ON THE CLOUD is for stupid phones, tablets, computers with tiny hard drive. Which yours is not.
