I can check the key this Monday I will try to call and see what's wrong with the scanner. Have they already restarted the local computer? (#2) un-plug the scanner and restart.
Hi Gary, the scanner in CM office gets stuck when you put on it more than one page. We have a lot to scan and is very time consuming. Can you call CM office and see if you can fix it over the phone? or is there any warranties...

Also, the lap top #11 in CM still has the shift key loose and its pupping out of the key board, makes very uncomfortable to type and time consuming..

#10 can't adjust the touchpad because a mouse is plugged in. #11 & #12 they keep forgetting to leave on. I called but people are using them. MOlivera has Internet Explorer running 4 times one is using 22 gigs of memory so it's stuck, crashed or be hacked. I will kill them all but warn him or her that I shut them down. And to USE TABS do not open IE 4 times, avoid IE if possible.

OK The system is back up to 27 gigs of memory free. Speed on the server is great, internet speed good, CM internet speed super low again 7MB down 0.32MB up.
