    They always need to RESTART #1 when #2, #3 or #4 can't print because of the shared printer on one. I will call and tell them again.

    Gary, Thank you for calling SA office. Genesis is telling me that just realized now that they can not print from computer number 4.

    You can just remember between 8 & 9am everyday I restart it. Doesn't seem to do any good they still have Axeium problems everyday.

    I restarted your modem a few times this morning. It's having problems the best speed was 9.37 Mb/s down only 0.73 Mb/s up divided by how many workers?
    10 workers = 0.93 download - 0.073 upload that is about 5 times slower then dial-up.

      beast-usa (Admin) If restarting the computer didn't work you need to restart the router.

    I JUST SPOKE W/GENESIS AND THEY CAN NOT USE COMP. #4. AFTER 3 MINUTES USING THE COMP. AN ERROR APPEARS WITH A BLUE SCREEN. I THOUGHT YOU FIXED THAT COMPUTER JUST RECENTLY.. THEY NEED TO USE THAT COMPUTER. PLEASE HELP

    Gary, Luoe is in SA. Trying to use comp #4 (next to server) but there is a folder that says RDP but nothing inside. But nothing inside the folder. She can not log in, so she can not use that computer.

      beast-usa (Admin) OK I fixed all the RDP's in Santa Ana. To access the folder use their server login user "Lupe" Lupe's password for the server. I called but they put me on hold It's fixed.
