  Also, the other medical assistants are telling me that the same problem happens to them and they have to do a re start which is very time consuming and very unproductive

    If the same problem is happening on different computers most likely it is not the computers.
    The chance of even two computers having the exact same problem causing lock-up, freeze is very rare. You have a better chance of winning the lotto!
    What site if it's a website or what software is it?

    I checked, replaced Opera with Brave, updated the server (server is done nightly), computers 1, 3, 7, 4, 8, 10 in Costa Mesa, computer 2...  moreIt's now 5:11AM since I don't know which computers had the problem, which browser/s, if it was a browser or website?
    I checked, replaced Opera with Brave, updated the server (server is done nightly), computers 1, 3, 7, 4, 8, 10 in Costa Mesa, computer 2 in Santa Ana. Those were the only ones on. Please just post in the forum or send the DETAILS in a message so I don't play the guessing game all night. And make sure the computers that had the problem stay on. AND PLEASE LEAVE #13 ON It has Windows 10 IT HAS TO UPDATE EVERY NIGHT. There are about 90 new hacks for Windows 10 daily.  less
