    beast-usa (Admin) I already called them, they didn't have #1 turned on which shares the RDP folder. #1 in SA is the hub for everything including printing. And yep I moved all THE USER ACCOUNTS printers back to #6 so they can print.

  Thank you for adding provider Christina. She works with Computer #13 in CM and on Tuesday mornings only, she works with computer #6 in CM and she works with the laptop in SA (I believe is computer #3)

BUT it only prints to NETWORK or attached printers (the only one you have networked is the Xerox) or the printer attached to her computer. BUT it only prints to NETWORK or attached printers (the only one you have networked is the Xerox) or the printer attached to her computer. She can not use the front desk (#1), #6 or #7 printers as they are shared at that computer and not networked. "her printer HP 6940"
