    I have no sound coming from my laptop speakers or my external speakers. All volumes are turned up and can't find any mute button. Any suggestions??

    Sorry it took me so long to see this.

    Does it have the newest sound drivers installed?

    Have you tried plugging in speakers or a headset?

    Have you tried looking under My Computer, Devices?
    Does it show a "XXXX High Definition Audio" Under Sound, video and game controllers

    Have you tried a system restore?

    Any luck did you get it working?
