First thing to do is uninstall the flash player.

Download the newest version of Adobe Flash from here. (FULL OFFLINE INSTALLERS)

You should run Ccleaner to remove all temp files after the uninstall.

Then run SuperAntiSpyware to remove any spyware.

Ok then start with this:

If that doesn't work try this:

That should get your Adobe flash working. If you need to close your browser to do the work. :)
Just copy the page & paste it into a notepad, open office writer or word doc file then you can read it with the browsers closed. :)
