I'm moving the disussions, help questions over here to keep the download page cleaned up. :)

Slimjet merged with 49 now. Also a newer version of flash. NPAPI is reported to be working again.

One issue I'm having is with Plex when you use slimjet as the player. Certain media files won't play unless I disable the html5 player. Then does fine in the flash player. Do you know if html5 is missing any codecs on slimjet?

    beast-usa April 9 2016
Yep new flash I posted it a couple days ago and it's not included in version 9.0.3.0 slimjet. Version 9.0.3.0 is still using 21.0.0.197 and 21.0.0.213 came out on the 6th at 11:35pm. So if you use flash you need to install then grab & rename the files in x64 System32/Macromed & x32 SysWoW64/Macromed and add them to your slimjet folders for x32 & x64.
I will have the patch files on beast-usa.com today I hope. Downloading a huge back-up for one of my TeamViewer people about 14 hours so far.

I know certain gif's, vine videos won't play in the HTML5 player. :( But I don't use flash I install it, test it for bugs and disable it. NPAPI plugins were enabled back in version 6.0.1.0 I have it written in here somewhere. LOL So Flash, Java & Sliverlight would work in Slimjet. But I don't use any of them so I just test and disable. If I really want to see any small vids I just switch to FireFox x64 it's about the same speed as X64 Slimjet sometimes faster. But Slimjet has a few things I just like better :) TURBO-DOWNLOAD, DISABLE WEBRTC Block google ads... :)

Updated Slimjet yesterday, my built in flash is reporting as 21.0.0.216??

    beast-usa April 10 2016
    LOL Look again?

    I'm a Adobe Distributor and 21.0.0.216 isn't listed anywhere.
The newest is 21.0.0.213, beta versions are in the 21.0.0.230+ range.
I can't share my link to the Adobe download page or they will yank my Dist lic. :(

Slimjet 9.0.3.0 ships with 21.0.0.197 according to Slimjet?
I just re-installed 9.0.3.0 it put the old flash back 21.0.0.197.
    Where are you seeing 216?
CLICK TO SEE A LARGER VIEW

That's the real version your Slimjet is using C:\Program Files\Slimjet\PepperFlash (64 bit version) You need to patch it to get 21.0.0.213

    Eric April 10 2016

Directly off Adobe verify page, and repeatable at other "checker sites". In the file system is shows as .197 but everywhere online it's showing as .216...... while even adobe says I can only have .213 lol

ALSO, for the love of god, how do I do a quick reply without having to open the original thread and scroll to bottom?!?!?!

    beast-usa April 10 2016
Attach (the small white box) the the screen shots and select "inline"
Then they will click to the original size.

Discussions work just like forum threads.

For faster replies but you can only ad photo's on the first post under photo links :(
    The main comments. http://happyasis.com/thegeekscorner/
If I EVER get the site moved to the new software you will be able to add photo's anywhere!

I always just go the the default page and scroll down LOL
    http://happyasis.com/forum/thread/2/internet-browsers-slimjet-firefox-opera/
    If I see a reply I hit refresh :)

    beast-usa April 10 2016
LOL Yep I see it another Adobe glitch :)
I sent a email to them and asked them "so when did you release .216?" LOL
Just another reason to disable flash :) I never check those site I always check the folders on windows & browser all the browsers but Slimjet use the system installed Flash (windows folders).

But Slimjet has been saying in their forums the browser will use the system flash if it's newer. But I just add the manual patch anyway.

Got me digging around and looking, my IE on Win 8.1 was way back on version 19, lmao. Weird since windows update wasn't offering an update...

So since it's integrated into both IE and Chromium,,,, is there a purpose for the standalone download anymore?

    beast-usa April 10 2016
I don't think Windows update installs PPAPI just the active-X (hacktive lol) version for IE & Edge. I install all three on Win 7 & earlier and PPAPI & NPAPI on Win 8 and newer. I try to get everyone to just un-install IE it's so slow and a hackers dream!

    Eric April 10 2016
So there's no real need for system wide flash anymore??? excluding if a certain program requires it of course, but then I wouldn't be asking

    beast-usa April 10 2016
Well for me I don't use it. Only time you would need it is on sites that want to run flash content on YOUR computer. Which you should never allow :) My sites use flash & java but it runs on my servers they take the risk and not the people using the sites.

But if you're a facebook, pogo... gamer you need flash & java installed with all the rights to run stuff on your system. :( For me that's just not going to happen NO BODY runs anything on my computer but me. :)
