Dubbed the GeForce GTX 780, the new graphics chip is bound to blow your mind away. Gamer or not. But especially if you’re a gamer.
The GeForce GTX 780 is set to outperform everything else in existence, including the Xbox One. The new graphics chip from the world’s largest and probably best standalone graphics chip maker is backed by 250 watts of power and can execute 4 teraflops in single-precision mode.

Given that the Kinect is also coming to Windows, even those who use the Xbox for the motion sensor can easily find reasons to switch to the PC. But lets get serious :) you don't need a 780 GTX to be faster than an xbox LOL
Go back about 5 to 7 years to the FX cards, no even lower. Well to be honest I can't even think of a video card no matter how old that can only do 29 frames per second (FPS). 29.3 FPS is the max any console can do :)
If you play on a computer, 60 FPS is lowest you can ever put up with. Anything lower is just un-playable!
