I'm not sure how Microsoft finds the bad stuff. But I know all of them do, anything illegal on any of the cloud servers gets you deleted.

If it's script (Hacked Pirated Software) that would be easy for the servers to see no matter what encryption they use. But film, pictures? But I'm sure an encrypted video has a different look then a text file. Something a computer can spot in a heart beat!

And since they lock the account and ask you to remove it. That would tell me they don't have complete access to the individual files. So they can't see each file just bad code :)
Or they would just delete the bad files and not the complete account.

I have no idea why they changed the name? Maybe everyone would think "OneDrive for everything?
