    Windows 8

    "Refresh Your Computer"

    NEVER USE IT!!

It removes all your installed programs, and resets your windows 8 back to the
    day you installed it!

I saw it, had to click it :(

Lucky for me I have Paragon Image Back-up, I wiped the messed up Refreshed Windows 8.
And restored an paragon image, from 20 days ago. So I'm only out the last 20 days :(

DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE IF YOU ARE USING OneDrive with Windows 8 or 8.1

Update for Microsoft Camera Codec Pack for Windows 8 for x64-based Systems (KB2899190)

It will cause OneDrive to go into a loop, always "Looking for update" But it will never find them!

Wow just did a clean install from USB 3.0 stick. Went with UEFI boot wow what poo. :)

The USB install is great very fast, less then five minutes. But letting windows talk to your bios? That is a mistake, if your having problems with your network adapter, mouse/keyboard software, sound usb headsets, most any new hardware. Dump the UEFI boot, set legacy/UEFI then you get the few benefits of UEFI without the constant mis-readings/settings windows causes.

Dumping this glitchy UEFI install going back to a nice non-windows in my bios LOL STABLE all hardware doing as I say! And NOT what windows tells it to do!

So if your having problems with hardware in Window 8, 8.1 or 10. Try a NON UEFI install, take the time to do all the settings. You will be happy :)

And I know people are going to jump in and say how wonderful UEFI is. If you say so :)

I'm running both to compare - trust me using UEFI you are not having the good time you should! :)

UEFI - fans, changing speed, network adapter all over the place, sound in the headphones is horrible plus the MIC - you sound terrible! Programs just starting even after you shut them off, windows helps you out and restarts them! Mouse software not working correctly....

Legacy - You can still boot from 2TB+ partition, very stable, sound in headphones & mic 110% better quality, mouse software, AI software, fan control all flawless!

LOL UEFI speed :( UEFI really holds a good motherboard back!

NON-UEFI Write passes the read speeds of UEFI, 1,000+ MB/s
