BUMBLING BIDEN: US President delivers bizarre speech while spruiking infrastructure plan

US President Joe Biden has been mocked online after he stumbled his way through a speech designed to promote his administration’s $3.5 trillion ‘Build Back Better’ agenda. The bill, which is currently stuck in Congress as Democrats argue over the cost, is designed to boost America’s social security net. President Biden travelled to his hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania to deliver the speech, which was marred by numerous gaffes and malapropisms.
